Welcome back,
This week — who's in?
Rehearsal and Sunday are separate answers — you can be in for one and out for the other.
In between? Practice the songs: Rehearsal page →

Rehearsal
Practice for Sunday — the run order, your rehearsals, and what we're working on.
Lyrics desk — add / edit lyrics
This is the place lyrics get added and fixed: pick any song in the library, tap the button, paste them in. Leaders only — and only lyrics the ministry is authorized to use.

Setlists & Planning
Pick Sunday's songs
Search or scroll, tap the 2–3 songs for Sunday, put them in singing order, then push them — they land in the team chat for everybody, and save here as that Sunday's setlist.
Leadership planning: Sunday setlists with who's leading each song, plus rehearsals. The team sees Sunday's songs in the chat push, and the next rehearsal on Home.

Backup & restore
In this phase the team's WorshipSync data lives on each phone. Export a backup file now and then and keep it somewhere safe — if a phone is lost, the backup brings that copy back.
WorshipSync v2.3.17 — the leadership build, now with real-time sync: songs, setlists and notifications are leadership-only (Worship Leader Quintin Smith, Band Leader Casey Rozier, Admin Quintin Bearkley); the worship leader picks Sunday's songs and pushes them to the team chat; the Band Room sits behind a code; any member can suggest a song, and the main team chat lives on Home. Chat, lyrics, setlists and the member list now sync through the church server every few seconds — an edit on one phone lands on every phone, no refresh needed. Passwords never leave your phone: you join once on each phone, and after an admin approves you, signing in there sets that phone's password. Every sign-up is also recorded on the church server's member list.
